Gates, anti-climb fencing, railings, sumps and site hoarding for developers and contractors in the Klang Valley. We measure on site, make the steel in our own workshop and install it with our own crew.

Fabricated in our own workshop to your drawings and our site measurements, then installed by our own crew.
Main and sliding gates for units and estate entrances, and the guardhouse, refuse chamber and boom gates a development needs.
Perimeter fencing for housing, industrial and site boundaries. On anti-climb fencing our crew sets the poles first, then fits the mesh panels.
Balcony, staircase and riverside railings, made to the sizes we measure on site.
Site hoarding put up by our crew around active sites, and portable hoarding panels that move as the work moves.

Who we are
Our founder started Hong Metal more than four decades ago, and the YTC in our name is his initials. Today it is YTC Metal Sdn Bhd, a CIDB G3 contractor run by the second generation, Nic and Sam, from our own workshop in Sri Damansara. Our crews have put up our steel on developments from Sepang to Ipoh.

A short list from the many developments we have worked on: housing estates, factories and shops across the Klang Valley, including Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Klang, Kajang, Sepang and Kepong.
Our founder has worked in metal for more than 40 years, and the second generation runs the workshop today. We have worked on developments by Sime Darby Property, EcoWorld, S P Setia, IJM Land, UEM Sunrise, Sunsuria, Encorp and Eco Green Pavilion Properties.
Gates, fencing and railings are often among the last items before handover, so when they run late, the whole handover waits. We make the steel in our own workshop in Sri Damansara. Tell us when the site will be ready for measuring, and we plan from your handover date.
Our own experienced fabricators and welders make the steel in Sri Damansara, and our own site crews install it.
